Designed by Aquaponics Costa del Sol for La Huerta del Lugá, PASCALE combines fish production with a variety of plant-growing methods. Its modular Double Deck layout makes efficient use of space, supporting local food production and practical learning.
Built with reusable food-grade IBC containers and 220-litre barrels, it combines media beds, floating rafts and separately watered wicking beds for growing fruiting crops, leafy greens and root vegetables.
PASCALE uses accessible materials and can be adapted or expanded as needs develop, making it suitable for small farms, community growing spaces and educational demonstrations.
